Product description
PENOSIL SpeedFix EPDM 740 is a flexible rubber adhesive designed for bonding and repairing various EPDM surfaces.
Excellent adhesion to various EPDM membranes

Can be applied to wet and uneven surfaces
USES
Vertical and horizontal bonding of EPDM membranes
Bonding EPDM membranes to various building materials such as: concrete, asbestos cement, bricks, bitumen, steel, other porous and non-porous surfaces
Works related to EPDM membranes on roofs
Joining and repairing EPDM sheets in gutters, gaps, pipes and tanks
Repair of submerged leaks and cracks in paint
Bonding and sealing on damp surfaces

EPDM, concrete, wood, bricks, walls, aluminum, galvanized steel
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Cut off the tip of the cartridge.
Screw on the application nozzle and trim the hole.
Insert the cartridge into the sealant gun.
Apply the adhesive by applying even pressure to the trigger of the gun and moving the nozzle smoothly over the surface.
Immediately press the components together and maintain pressure until the product has completely hardened.
Application temperature from +5°C to +40°C
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces to be joined must be clean, dry and free of dust, loose particles and oil residues.
Due to the variety of building materials, a preliminary compatibility test is recommended.
The substrate temperature must not fall below +5°C
LIMITATIONS
Do not use at temperatures below +5°C
CLEANING
Unhardened adhesive can be removed with solvents such as white spirit, acetone or special cleaning cloths. Hardened adhesive can be removed mechanically. If necessary, use silicone remover.

Guaranteed shelf life: 12 months from date of production, when stored in closed original packaging, in a dry place, at a temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C
