Shipping policy

Shipping

If you order in-stock items from Monday to Thursday before 11:00 AM, we will do our best to dispatch your order on the same day. In most cases, we manage to do so.

If your order exceeds €159, shipping is on us. That means you get free shipping.

We work with DPD, Packeta and PPL to deliver your orders.

Packeta

When placing your order, you can choose delivery via Packeta and select a specific pickup point where you would like to collect your parcel. Once your parcel has been delivered to the pickup point, Packeta will send you an SMS and an email containing a password.

Delivery via Packeta costs €9.70 incl. VAT.

DPD

DPD will attempt to deliver your parcel three times. If none of the delivery attempts is successful, your parcel will be stored at the nearest DPD depot.

Delivery via DPD costs €16.20 incl. VAT.

PPL

PPL will deliver your parcel to the address of your choice. Once your parcel has been handed over to PPL, you will receive an informational email with the option to change the delivery details. On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS with an estimated delivery time at the phone number you provided. If PPL is unable to reach you, you can arrange a different delivery time or request that your parcel be left at a pickup point or at a PPL depot.

Delivery via PPL costs €11.50 incl. VAT.

Personal pickup

You can also collect your order in person at one of our 4 pickup points.

If you collect your order at our pickup point with stock in Ostrava on Záhumenní Street, personal pickup costs CZK 29 incl. VAT. For all other pickup points, we need to ship the goods from our warehouses. The personal pickup fee is therefore CZK 39 incl. VAT.

As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an SMS and an email.

Payment

You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:

  • in cash at our physical stores and pickup points

  • in cash or by credit/debit card (depending on the carrier's options) upon delivery. The cash-on-delivery fee is CZK 39 incl. VAT and will be added to the price of the goods and shipping cost in your shopping cart.

  • by bank transfer to the seller's bank account – available to wholesale customers only

  • by credit/debit card online
