The VOLT Micro 1200VA 720W 2x7Ah UPS has been specially designed to power computers and computer peripherals. Thanks to its compact casing and low weight, it is ideal for small office spaces. The built-in AVR (automatic voltage regulator) module protects connected devices from sudden power surges. Furthermore, the power supply can be activated using the built-in battery without a direct connection to the mains. It switches to battery mode upon detection of a power cut. This is made possible by the inverter being connected in parallel to the mains supply whilst the battery cells are charging. Devices of this type are characterised by very high efficiency (~90 per cent), which means they can be successfully used to safeguard ICT system components (servers, workstations, etc.). It allows you to connect a power adapter to a computer (via a USB port).
