Product description

Two-zone induction & radiant hob -A combination of induction and radiant hotplates -Easy to use, combining a classic rotary control with a touch panel -Easy to maintain
-High efficiency, saving time and electricity whilst cooking When cooking on a standard hob, the hob itself heats up first; only then is the heat transferred to the base of the cookware placed on the hob. It is precisely during this transfer of heat from the hob to the base of the cookware that significant heat loss occurs. This is particularly true if the cookware does not have a flat base and is not in full contact with the hob, or if the hob is dirty.
When cooking on an induction hob, the flat metal base of the cookware heats up directly. This minimises heat loss, and cooking on an induction hob is faster and uses less energy.
The glass-ceramic surface of an induction hob remains cool to the touch, as the heat is generated directly within the cookware by induction (please note that the hob may become slightly warm due to contact with the cookware). Induction cooking saves time (60%) and electricity (50%). It is highly efficient (up to 90%) and has minimal heat loss. The smooth glass-ceramic surface of the hob ensures easy and hygienic maintenance.

Features: -Touch controls combined with a classic rotary knob for setting temperature and power. -Microprocessor-controlled operation -Suitable for cookware diameters from 12 to 26 cm
-Large, easy-to-read LCD display with red backlighting -Delay timer with a range of 1–180 minutes, adjustable in 1-minute increments -ON/OFF button to switch on or switch to standby mode
-Control panel lock to prevent accidental use and changes to settings Induction hob: The left-hand induction hob offers all the benefits of induction cooking. The power can be adjusted in 10 steps from 200 to 1,600 W, or you can select temperature control within a range of 60 to 240 °C Automatic pot detection for induction cooking (with a magnetic base).

Radiant hob: The right-hand radiant (sometimes also referred to as glass-ceramic) hob operates within a temperature range of 50 to 500 °C, or with power settings in 10 steps from 200 to 1,800 W.
Any type of cookware can be used on a radiant hob; however, for optimal heat transfer and to achieve maximum power, cookware with a flat base should be used. High level of safety
- Automatic detection of cookware and its suitability for the given heating method. - The induction hob switches off if the cookware is removed from the hob or if cookware unsuitable for induction cooking is used. You can easily check whether cookware is suitable by holding a magnet to the base of the pot. -A warning light indicates that the surface of the right-hand radiant hob is too hot.
