Product description
The refractometer with Brix scale is intended primarily for measuring the sugar content in fruit concentrates (juices, syrups, jams, condensed milk, etc.) in the range of 0 - 50%.
Instructions for use:
Measuring with a refractometer is very simple, just drop a drop of the measured substance onto the inclined optical prism of the device, close the prism cover (the substance will spread out), look into the eyepiece of the device against the light, or focus it, and on the appropriate scale in the field of view, you can immediately read the sugar content value (%) according to the interface between the illuminated and unilluminated part. Large, easy-to-read scale for sugar content in % (0 - 50% Brix). The scale can be resharpened. For calibration, use distilled water and set 0% with a screwdriver.
