The Trina 460 W photovoltaic module from the Vertex S+ range is manufactured using monocrystalline cells with N-type i-TOPcon technology. The Vertex S+ module features several innovative design elements that enable it to achieve high power output. An excellent temperature coefficient and low irradiance efficiency ensure even higher output. Furthermore, thanks to its high-density string configuration, the Vertex S+ can achieve an efficiency of up to 23 per cent. N-type cells are manufactured using phosphorus, which enables them to achieve a lower rate of power degradation; this translates into higher efficiency over many years of use, leading to greater savings
