ZHONGDI ZD-715E 100W Soldering Bath, 450°C

The ZD-715E is a high-performance solder pot designed for melting solder wire, dip-soldering cable ends or cleaning solder. Thanks to its 100 W heating element, it melts solder quickly and maintains a stable temperature. The metal chamber provides durability and heat resistance, whilst the ergonomic design ensures safe and efficient operation. It is ideal for working with cable ends, for example for quickly tinning the ends of stranded wires – cables – prior to subsequent installation in terminals. The heated cup, with a diameter of approx. 17 mm, holds approx. 35 grams of lead-free solder alloy.
The solder bath has a power rating of 100W and good heat transfer, enabling the temperature to rise rapidly to 450°C within minutes. The bath is made from corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant materials with a long service life and is suitable for large-scale production of various cable harnesses.
