ERMENRICH NG20 Violet flammable gas detector – portable

The Ermenrich NG20 gas detector is a portable gas leak detector with an immediate response and intuitive controls. It should be present in every household where there are gas appliances (such as a cooker, water heater, fireplace, boiler, etc.). The detector prevents fires by providing an early warning of the source of danger. We recommend checking your domestic gas appliances, including the pipework, at least once a week. Instead of a screen, the device has a small panel with alarm indicators. At a reading of 500 ppm (low leak), a yellow LED lights up; at a reading of 2,000 ppm (high leak), a red LED lights up. The device also features an audible alarm. If the green LED is lit, the gas concentration is within the normal range. If the green LED is flashing, the batteries must be replaced immediately. The device is lightweight, fits comfortably in the hand and is powered by two standard batteries. An automatic switch-off function is available to conserve battery power.
