The switch allows you to control a light from two different locations. This means you can use it in a bedroom with one switch by the door and the other by the bed, or in a hallway to switch the light on at the start and end of the day. The staircase switch is also fitted with two switches, allowing you to control two different light sources.

All products in the OVAL range are designed for quick and easy flush-mounted installation. OVAL switches have an IP20 protection rating and are suitable for installation in dry, non-damp rooms, such as bedrooms, living rooms or hallways.

To install the switches, start by removing the button cover and the inner frame of the switch by prising them out. Then connect the wires as appropriate and secure them with a screw terminal.

The next step is to secure the switch using screws to a standard 70 mm diameter installation box or to plasterboard using fixings by tightening the internal screws.

Finally, simply install the frame by positioning it and pressing it onto the inner frame, and complete the installation by pressing the button cover into place. Technical specifications:
