BG1220 LiFePO4, PB Battery Charger (12V/20A)

BG1220 charger for Pb and LiFePO4 batteries, 12V/20A, with automatic control.
Intelligent automatic charger for lead-acid and LiFePO4 batteries with an eight-stage automatic control system, designed for permanent connection to the battery being charged. Suitable for backup power supplies, caravans, off-grid systems, etc. Designed for 12V 60–200Ah lead-acid starter and traction batteries with liquid electrolyte, AGM, GEL and LiFePO4 (optional)


Charging phases: C-1 Desulphation: Pulse current charging. This phase starts automatically if the battery voltage is below 11V and precedes the standard charging cycle. C-2 Soft start:
A phase in which the charging current is gradually increased up to a maximum of 50A C-3 Constant-current charging:
The key phase of the charging cycle. Charging with a constant current until the terminal voltage reaches 14.2 to 14.8 V (selectable in three stages) C-4 Absorption charging:
Charging at a constant voltage of 14.2–14.8 V whilst the charging current gradually decreases C-5 Battery test: During the 90-second test, the battery is discharged whilst the terminal voltage is measured. If the test is successful, the final, float stage follows automatically. If the test fails and the terminal voltage drops rapidly during the test, stage 6 follows. C-6 Reconditioning charge:
In reconditioning mode, the battery is charged for 4 hours at a reduced constant current C-7 Maintenance mode: Maintenance of the battery’s terminal voltage at 13.2–13.8 V (selectable in three stages).
