Two built-in ports (USB-A and USB-C), a digital HD display and QC3.0 + PD3.0 fast charging capabilities ensure that the device can function as either a charger or a power bank.
An output power of up to 22.5 W allows for quick and easy charging of external devices. It supports multiple fast-charging protocols, including QC4+, PD3.0, PPS and AFC, ensuring efficient charging in the shortest possible time.
It can charge one or two 18650/18700/20700/21700 Li-ION batteries (both protected and unprotected) simultaneously.
It is equipped with 0V technology, which reactivates deeply discharged cells (during charging).
It supports high-capacity cells (6000 mAh), which provide greater performance. It features a charge management system. It is compatible with industrial-grade cells (so-called ‘no high plus’).
Thanks to QC3.0 + PD3.0 (Power Delivery) technology and a maximum charging current of 2.0 A, combined with efficient 21700 Li-ION cells, the power bank can fully charge an iPhone 15/16 in 1.5 hours.

24-month warranty The TC/CC/CV charging algorithm used in the charger is a Li-ion cell charging process that ensures the cells remain in good condition. It involves charging at an appropriate current and terminating the charge at the appropriate time. The TC/CC/CV charging phases can be divided into: TC phase: the initial phase of monitoring and reactivation of a cell whose voltage has dropped below 2.9 V.
CC phase: the cell is then charged at a constant current of between 50 mA and 500 mA (depending on the connected power source).
CV phase: the charger then switches to trickle charging with a decreasing current until the cell voltage reaches 4.2 V. When the cell voltage reaches 4.2 V, charging is complete and the battery is fully charged.
Reactivating discharged cells involves inserting the cell into the charger and checking its voltage. This function allows you to check each cell of the appropriate size. If a discharged cell is detected, the charger will attempt to reactivate it. Please note that exceeding the minimum cell voltage will limit the ability to reactivate the cell and preserve the battery’s life. If a cell remains in the charger, it will discharge spontaneously. However, if the battery voltage drops below 3.9 V for Li-ION batteries, charging will start automatically. An interesting and safe feature of the PB2SL V2 charger is its separately connected power supply. This prevents the battery cell from overheating unnecessarily. The cell temperature must not exceed 15 °C. During operation, it is the power supply itself that heats up, not the battery cell being charged. This has a direct impact on the battery’s service life.
