Right of Withdrawal

If you decide to return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, you may withdraw from the purchase contract. Withdrawal from the purchase contract is not available for wholesale orders.

How does it work?

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the buyer must send the goods back together with a withdrawal form. To make the process as easy as possible, we have prepared a template document. Simply fill in the required fields and send it back to us together with the goods.

We primarily issue refunds to a bank account. If you request a refund by postal money order, the fee charged by Czech Post will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We recommend sending the goods as an insured shipment.

Condition of returned goods

The goods must be returned undamaged, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.
