Are you building compact battery packs where the cells are arranged closely together in parallel pairs (2P configuration), and want to save yourself the hassle of cutting individual pieces? This moulded nickel-plated steel strip, 0.2 mm thick, a total width of 25.5 mm and a length of 1 metre, is designed for the quick and efficient spot welding of 18650-2P batteries.
This model features factory-cut notches with an axial pitch of 18.5 mm. This pitch is ideal for assemblies where 18650 cells are arranged directly against one another (e.g. secured with heat-shrink tubing or in ultra-thin holders), allowing you to create the smallest possible battery pack whilst maintaining maximum current capacity.
Key features: - Compact 2P design with an 18.5 mm pitch: The integrated embossings and cut-outs with an axial distance of 18.5 mm perfectly match the diameter of 18650 cells, provided there is no large gap between them.
