Product description

The Pilates Gymnastics Circle with two handles is a simple and effective exercise tool for Pilates or yoga. It allows you to exercise all the main muscle groups in the arms, lower limbs and chest muscles. A rigid but flexible circle, wrapped in soft plastic, which puts resistance during exercise, is equipped with two soft grips on both sides.

By pressing against the resistance, the muscles of the shoulders, arms, chest, internal stabilization system and muscles of the lower limbs can be exercised. The circle is compressed against its resistance, thus toning the muscles. Stable and anatomically shaped handles allow the circle to be held firmly between the lower and upper limbs.
