ATTEN ST-862D Hot-Air Soldering Station (1000 W).
The ATTEN ST-862D professional desktop hot-air soldering station with display has a temperature range of 100°C – 480°C. This makes it ideal for desoldering sensitive SMD circuits such as QFP, PLCC, SOJ, BGA, CHIP, and so on. It is also suitable for a range of other applications where a concentrated flow of hot air is important, such as cleaning 3D printers, heat shrinking, or heating materials during maintenance or assembly. Suitable for the rapid and precise overheating or blowing away of components during servicing, for workshops or service centres where versatility and good control over both airflow and temperature are required.
With a high power output of 1000 W and an integrated brushless blower, it is the ideal tool for electronics repairs, printed circuit board assembly and heat-shrinking tubing. It offers a high air flow rate of up to 120 l/min, very rapid temperature rise and a clear LCD display for precise parameter settings.
The air flow can be continuously adjusted via the diaphragm pump and using the four different nozzles included in the pack. Three programmable quick settings for temperature and air flow – the user can have three combinations ready for different types of work.
The handle is fitted with non-slip rubber, which offers greater comfort and makes handling easier. The hot air gun’s handle has a built-in sensor. As soon as you lift it, it immediately switches to operating mode, and when you return it to the holder, it switches to standby mode. The automatic standby function significantly saves energy.
