Monitor mounts

Regularly tired eye muscles, strained neck, uncomfortable back pain and other health complications – all can be caused by working for long periods of time on a poorly positioned monitor. Fortunately, most of the potential problems can be minimised, at least to some extent, by following a few simple rules: regular breaks, a properly selected ergonomic chair and a monitor positioned at eye level are the basics. Monitor holders can help with the third recommendation. In the TIPA.EU offer you can find holders for one or more monitors at the same time. Their final positioning is variable, when mounted to the wall or table edge, the arms can usually be rotated 360°, tilted in both directions by 45° and rotated up to 90°. The stylish, easy-to-install accessory can also usually conceal the cabling, and can itself have its own USB and audio ports.
