Description
High quality assembly foam with a comfortable applicator with a straw for demanding users. The new and narrower straw applicator ensures good foam structure and high performance. The new trigger is suitable for temporary airtight closing of the straw during work breaks. Packed in an aerosol spray, curing with moisture. Cured foam is a good thermal and sound insulator. The foam has very good adhesive properties. It adheres well to most building materials with the exception of Teflon, polyethylene and silicone surfaces. After curing, it does not resist UV radiation and must be covered.
Use
It is used to install doors and windows, to insulate and fasten pipes, to fill openings and gaps and for thermal insulation.
Application procedure
Air temperature during use: + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C, best results at + 20 ° C.
Can temperature during application: + 5 ° C to + 25 ° C, best results at + 20 ° C.
Surface preparation:
Surfaces must be free of dust, loose particles and oil. The cured foam can be painted with water-based paints.
Method of use:
Keep the container upright. Screw the applicator (straw) onto the canister valve. Shake the can at least 20 times before use. To apply, turn the applicator upside down and press the applicator trigger. The foam output can be adjusted using the applicator trigger. The substrate should be moist, as the foam expands due to moisture. The moistened surface ensures better results. At low temperatures, the foam must be heated in a warm room or in water before work. The room or water temperature must not exceed +30 ° C.
Cleaning:
Uncured foam can be cleaned from tools and surfaces with PENOSIL Premium cleaner. Cured foam can be removed mechanically after softening with PENOSIL Premium foam remover. Hands, clothes and surfaces can be cleaned of uncured foam with damp PENOSIL Premium cleaning wipes.
