The FireAngel FA 3328 CO detector continuously tests the monitored environment for the deadly danger of carbon monoxide (CO) and, if an undesirable or critical concentration is detected, signals the danger of the CO level both acoustically and visually.

Sync-It feature
The Sync-It function offers instant digital access to the diagnostic data of the FA3328 detector's integrated memory and its display using a smartphone or tablet display. The function uses NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, which is already equipped with most mobile devices today.

This provides you with data such as: device details, detailed information on values ​​measured over the last 30 days (such as CO, temperature or humidity), power supply voltage level, alarm activation data and device testing including data related to maintenance (whether equipment installed in the right place and regularly tested, the condition of the device or the date of its expected replacement date).

Reports can also be exported to PDF or sent to your email. The device is thus an ideal tool for the possibility of checking and complying with both internal and other safety regulations in connection with the issue of the risk of carbon monoxide (CO) intoxication.

The detector is powered by an integrated lithium power supply exceeding 10 years of device operation and with a 5 year warranty on both the device and the battery lithium power supply.

Unlike conventional detectors, the advanced electrochemical sensor is designed to accurately measure low levels of carbon monoxide (CO). A quick reaction to the rising CO level is provided by the smart sensor technology, which at any detection above 180 ppm CO enables the activation of the increased sensitivity mode with the prediction of an increase in the CO level for faster warning and activates the indication for opening the windows, ventilating the space, thus minimizing the risk of CO poisoning and preventing accumulation dangerous levels of carbon monoxide.

Thanks to the automatic diagnostic check, the sensor continuously verifies its functionality and immediately signals any malfunction. In addition, it is also able to notify when the end of its life has been reached and has a memory of alarm events in the event of the user's absence.

Night mode sensor
It is able to automatically recognize that it is night and subsequently dim the brightness of the optical signaling or acoustic signaling in the case of low power supply capacity.

Portable design for use in caravans, motorhomes and boats
The detector is certified in accordance with the European standards BS EN 50291-1: 2018, EN 50291-2: 2019, and is therefore intended for use in caravans, motorhomes and boats, e.g. on holiday.

Special construction
It enables the operation of the device without the necessary fixed anchoring, and thus becomes portable with the possibility of simple and stable placement on a horizontal surface (for example, on a bedside table, shelf, etc.). The design is moisture-resistant, so the device is also suitable for placement or installation in bathrooms with storage, gas boilers, boiler rooms and the like.

Carbon monoxide is a colorless, tasteless and odorless gas that is produced when fossil fuels such as coal, oil, natural gas, LPG, coal and wood are burned improperly. It can also be produced by poorly maintained or malfunctioning fuel-burning domestic heating appliances such as: boilers, gas appliances, cookers, grills, clogged chimneys, ventilation systems or damaged flue pipes.

Common symptoms of CO poisoning include headaches, nausea, fatigue or muscle pain - but these can easily be confused with a diagnosis of the flu.
