Deramax-Auto ultrasonic repeller

Deramax-Auto is a marten and rodent repeller intended for the protection of cars and helps to solve problems caused by martens and mice in vehicles on wiring, cushions, etc. The device is also commonly used to protect agricultural machinery, caravans, boats, etc. The Deramax-Auto repeller generates strong ultrasonic pulses of a specific shape, which are very unpleasant for martens and rodents, so they leave the protected area after a short time. The operation of the device is ecological without the use of chemicals.

The Deramax-Auto repeller is completely self-sufficient in terms of power supply and therefore does not need to be connected to a car battery or otherwise powered from the electricity distribution in a car, agricultural machine, boat, caravan, etc. This eliminates the need for professional installation and the possibility of losing the warranty on a new car due to the connection of a foreign device to the car's electrical wiring. There is also no risk of battery discharge during prolonged vehicle downtime or other technical problems.

Pulse operation of the battery scarer:
One of the essential advantages of the Deramax-Auto battery scarer is the optimized pulse operation, which allows generating ultrasonic signals with a very high sound pressure level with minimal energy consumption. The optimized pulse operation of the scarer and thus the pulsed energy consumption from the battery means a several times higher efficiency of using the battery capacity compared to common types of battery scarers. And that means a several-fold increase in battery life.

Resonance amplification of the ultrasound signal:
The Deramax-Auto extinguisher uses resonant signal amplification, which is important for achieving the highest possible performance with the lowest possible energy consumption. We calibrate the frequencies generated by the electronic circuits of the scarecrow with the resonance frequencies of the used piezo transducers (ultrasound "emitters") within each production series.

Safety of Deramax-Auto scarifier:
From the point of view of the effect on people, the Deramax-Auto scarecrow does not disturb its surroundings with unpleasant noise, it is completely silent and safe. It meets the legal limits set for the maximum level of ultrasound. Our internal rules then go beyond applicable laws and take into account current medical scientific works and WHO recommendations for airborne ultrasound signals. At the same time, this scarecrow for martens and rodents has no negative effect on common domestic or farm animals, such as dogs, cats, horses, poultry, exotic birds, etc.

Comfort of operation:
The device does not need to be set up in any way, it works completely automatically. Just insert the battery and turn on the built-in switch.

Scarecrow Location:
Every car's engine compartment has a different size and layout. However, since this is a very small area to protect, the specific location is usually not critical in terms of effectiveness. In any case, avoid placing it near hot engine parts. Usually, the best location is near the accumulator, where there is both enough space for it and, on the other hand, there is a relatively low temperature.

Deramax-Auto range of effectiveness:
The highest effective distance in front of the scarecrow is up to 26 meters. The range of the effective area is up to 300 m². The effective angle of engagement is 120 degrees. The scarer therefore not only has high performance, but the special design of the device ensures the achievement of a very wide effective angle of engagement of 120 degrees, while even at the limit of the declared angle of engagement (i.e. outside the main direction of signal emission), the scarer still generates at least 82% of the declared sound pressure level. Of course, the ultrasonic signal also spreads beyond the stated angle of engagement of 120 degrees, but the efficiency is already lower here, and therefore, for the sake of objectivity, we indicate an effective angle of engagement of "only" 120 degrees.

Number of scarecrows in one space:
Any number of ultrasonic scarers can be placed in one place and their signals are not negatively affected in any way. On the contrary, more repellers are usually used to protect especially larger or more fragmented areas, because a greater number of repellers (repellents) installed in one place means a significantly higher penetration of the protected space by the ultrasonic signal and the overall efficiency increases.
