When connected to a charged phone, the LED lights up white, indicating readiness for use. The sensor warms up before the measurement is accompanied by a red flashing of the LED. During the breath test, it flashes white. Immediate measurement after drinking alcoholic beverages may be distorted, as it shows the concentration of alcohol in the breath rather than in the blood itself. Long-term functionality and accuracy of the device are ensured by following the correct usage procedures. The tester should not be exposed to excessively concentrated gases, such as breath with a high alcohol content immediately after drinking beverages.
