This product is especially suitable for those who prefer a healthier version of popcorn - without the use of oil and without other flavoring mixtures. In case you want to prepare flavored popcorn (salty flavors, salt), we recommend buying a popcorn box where corn is roasted in oil. Of course, it is also possible to prepare flavored popcorn (salty flavors, salt) with the aid of this machine, but the roasted popcorn should be lightly "greased" before mixing with the flavoring mixture to hold the mixture or salt well on it. Instructions for preparing salty popcorn in the Guzzanti GZ 130A
Making popcorn with this popcorn maker is really very simple. Use butterfly corn to prepare salty popcorn. Use the measuring cup provided in the package to dispense the correct amount of maize (use the mark marked on the inside of the measuring cup). Fold the machine according to the instructions, pour the maize into it and put on the top cover of the machine. Prepare a bowl and place it on the front of the popcorn box. Switch on the corn box - corn is broken out in less than two minutes. Now, just taste the roasted popcorn as you like it. Because the corn is roasted by hot air, it lacks the necessary "grease" and the spice mixture or salt will not stick to it. It is therefore important to "populate" the prepared popcorn before mixing it with the seasoning mixture. First mix the popcorn with a little oil or melted butter and lightly salt it. Only then add the necessary amount of seasoning to your popcorn (recommended dosage of 10g seasoning per 100g corn) - thanks to the oil the mixture will blend well with popcorn. Never put the seasoning mixture or fat into the appliance, but only on roasted corn outside the appliance.
