The UT387D scanner is designed for the detection of various inhomogeneities in the wall or behind the plasterboard wall - for example, ferrous and non-ferrous (copper, brass) pipes, concrete reinforcement, stainless non-magnetic steel, electrical wires without voltage and with el. AC tension, wooden slats and blocks. Detection is based on the principles of electromagnetic induction. The scanner includes a 1.8 "color indicator display, which shows the set modes of operation and the approximate depth of objects. Other specifications of the objects are voice (in English). The scanner is powered by a 3.7V / 300mAh rechargeable Li-Ion battery, which has a lifespan of approximately 3,000 charges and discharges.
