DC-DC 25 A Intelligent battery charger is designed to charge the secondary (auxiliary) battery while driving using the primary (starting) battery connected to the alternator.
Allows you to charge: lead liquid, gel, AGM and lithium batteries using multi-stage charging.
Thanks to the low weight and compact design, the charger can be installed in caravans, commercial vehicles, or on boats, but also for working in some harsh environments, which is very common in off-road vehicles or touring cars. While the engine and alternator are running, they charge batteries that are used on board vehicles or ships.
Using a charger will extend the life of the add-on battery. The alternator itself will not provide more state charging and is not suitable for lithium batteries, which is solved by the smart charger 35979. The charger will prevent the discharge of the primary starter battery.
