Charging the headset Use only authorized AC adapters or a PC connection to charge the headset. Unauthorized chargers can damage the headset or, in extreme cases, even explode. They may also invalidate the product warranty. Never answer or make a call while the headset is charging.

Pairing headset with phone 1. Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone and search for Bluetooth devices. 2. Select "SWISSTEN IN-EAR" from the list of available devices on your phone. Follow the pairing instructions that appear on your phone. If the mobile phone requires a passcode, enter "0000" and press OK.
Note: To increase the chances of successful pairing, make sure that the headset is within 0.3 m of your mobile phone.
Wearing instructions You can wear this headset on one of your ears. You can flip the clip to make sure the speaker fits well and the headset is comfortable to wear.
Pair with multiple devices 1. Turn off the Bluetooth function on your phone A after it has been connected to the headset. 2. Restart the headset and pair it with phone B. 3. Switch on phone A, it will be automatically paired with the headset. (some mobile phones require confirmation by clicking "OK" when prompted)
Position the headset at a functional distance The functional distance between the headset and your mobile phone is 10 m. Beyond this distance, the headset may not function properly or may disconnect.
Low battery warning Please recharge the headset when you hear a beep from your headset speaker.
How to reconnect When you get back to the functional distance, the headset reconnects to the last phone. Otherwise, try to reconnect the headset manually on your mobile phone.
Restore factory settings Hold the MF button for a few seconds while charging. Wait until the red and blue lights flash alternately, then release the button.
