USE
Bonding and sealing in the interior and exterior, where an extremely fast and strong connection is required.
Fastening plinths, profiles, insulating and decorative panels, etc.
Gluing panels in caravans, motorhomes and utility vehicles.
Strengthening of screw joints.
Suitable for uneven surfaces.
Adheres well to most building materials such as concrete, stone, wood, brick, masonry, aluminum, galvanized steel, PVC, EPDM

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, loose particles and oil residues.
Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with solvent and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth.
Excess solvent must be removed with a clean cloth.
During the curing process, protect the adhesive from moisture and provide support until the product is fully cured.
Ensure sufficient ventilation of the work area.
Due to the wide variety of building materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
Uncured product can be removed using PENOSIL 941 cleaning wipes or solvent.
The hardened product can be removed mechanically.
Application temperature between +5 °C and +40 °C.

Technical parameters:

Treatment time after application 5-10 minutes.
Curing speed 2-3 mm/24 h.
The hardened product withstands temperatures from -40 °C to +90 °C.

METHOD OF USE
Cut off the tip of the cartridge. Screw on the nozzle. Put the cartridge on the caulking gun.
Apply the glue by applying even pressure on the trigger of the gun and smoothly dragging the nozzle over the surface.
Immediately press the surfaces together and apply pressure until the product is completely cured.
Not suitable for sealing aquariums or underwater connections.
A preliminary compatibility test is recommended for natural stone surfaces.
Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C.
It does not adhere to polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or PTFE (teflon®).

CLEANING
Use PENOSIL Premium cleaning wipes or organic solvents such as acetone or white spirit to remove uncured adhesive.
Cured adhesive should be removed mechanically.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Highly flammable, keep away from sources of ignition, open flames and do not smoke near the product. Keep out of the reach of children.
