The CA-210 amplifier is used as a distribution device in small or private installations to provide the necessary signal level for multiple receivers.
The amplifier works in the bands 40 - 400 MHz and 470 - 862 MHz. With separate gain settings for the VHF and UHF bands, the gain level can be adjusted to match each signal level. This simplifies installations using one cable to send signals from all antennas.
It can be used in community installations. Because of the empty gap between the VHF and UHF bands (S20-S38), it cannot be used on typical cable TV networks.
The amplifier is particularly useful in situations where the initial signal is low. It can additionally power 24V/55mA preamplifiers.
