It is a one-component plastic sealant based on an acrylic emulsion. Putty is mainly used to fill cracks in walls and to seal porous surfaces (eg concrete, plaster, cement, bricks and wooden materials) in the interior before painting. The sealant creates a flexible joint that can be painted with alkyd and dispersion paints. It adheres well to most materials (eg concrete, plasterboard, wood, PVC, aluminum) and is resistant to moisture for 5 hours after application.

Use
The sealant is mainly used to fill cracks and seal slightly stressed joints in interiors. To repair minor surface defects before painting. For thickening porous surfaces. For filling cracks in concrete, bricks, plaster, other materials and screw holes. Not recommended for applications in constant contact with water.

Application procedure
The application temperature is from + 5 ° C to + 40 ° C. Surfaces must be cleaned of dust, loose particles and oil. Not suitable for joints with high mobility (more than 12.5% ​​of the joint width). Not suitable for joining asphalt surfaces. May cause corrosion on exposed metal surfaces. Cured sealant cannot be sanded as a sealant.

Surface preparation:
Clean joints of grease, oil, dust and loose particles.

Method of use:
310 ml cartridge: Cut off the end of the threaded cartridge and screw on the acrylic application nozzle. Cut the threaded end to make a suitable hole for the application. Insert the cartridge with the applicator into the gun and press the trigger of the gun repeatedly to fill the installation nozzle with sealant. 600 ml foil package: Open the end of the foil package and insert the package into the gun so that the dosing nozzle still covers the open part. Place the dosing nozzle on the open end and screw on the cap to close the hose. Cut out the nozzle so that there is a suitable hole for dosing the acrylic. Place the acrylic compound in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the trigger of the gun and pulling the nozzle along the joint. After applying the acrylic compound, smooth it with a silicone trowel. Remove excess acrylate. Maximum recommended joint size 30x20 mm.
It is strongly recommended to paint the cured sealant with a suitable paint to guarantee its long life and a similar color shade with the base surface. After final curing, it can be painted. The curing time depends on the size of the joint (2.5-3 mm / day). Premature painting can cause the paint to crack.

Cleaning:
Uncured acrylate can be removed from hands and tools with water or PENOSIL Premium cleaning wipes can be used. The cured acrylate must first be removed mechanically and then with a damp cloth.
