The HTVRONT A300 automatic press has been designed to make the production of personalised caps as easy as possible. Automatic operation, high pressure, rapid heating and intuitive controls allow you to complete every project faster, more conveniently and with greater precision. One-touch automatic pressing
The HTVRONT A300 Auto is equipped with an automatic heating plate lowering and lifting function. A single touch of the screen is all it takes for the machine to automatically start the pressing process and apply the appropriate pressure. You don’t have to worry about pressing the material manually, which makes the work more comfortable and less tiring, even when processing a larger number of orders. Whilst the machine is carrying out the transfer, you can prepare the next cap, thereby streamlining your workflow.

Mode A is optimised for heat transfer films, whilst Mode B is designed for embroidered patches. You can also customise the operating parameters yourself within a temperature range of 40 °C to 210 °C and a time range of 1 to 999 seconds, allowing you to precisely set the parameters for a specific material and decoration technique.
Two moulds for different types of caps
The set includes two interchangeable bases designed for use with different styles of caps. The larger mould, measuring 8 × 15 cm, is pre-installed in the machine, whilst the smaller one, measuring 7 × 17 cm, is included in the pack. Swapping them takes just a few seconds – simply remove one mould and click the other into place. This allows you to quickly adapt the machine to your current project without any unnecessary downtime.
